Insurance
I am considered an “out-of-network” provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. I can provide a monthly superbill, which is an itemized receipt of your mental health services that can be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many clients with PPO insurance plans are eligible for partial or full reimbursement. I strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand the cost of therapy according to your plan benefits.

What is my deductible and do I need to meet it before receiving reimbursement?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover and do they have a time limit?

Payment
All major credit cards are accepted for payment, including HSA and Flex Spending cards.
Cancellation Policy
I require a 24 hour advance notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full fee.
Teletherapy
My practice is fully virtual, making care easier and more accessible for clients living in a busy world. As long as you have wifi and a screen, connection can still happen. All sessions are conducted on a HIPAA-compliant video platform that can be accessed via computer, tablet, or phone.
